President's Message

Dear Members & Friends:

  Several weeks ago the congregation was presented with a challenge to raise $100,000 for the improvement of our beloved Mikdash Me’at.  This effort was endorsed at a board meeting which empowered the adminstration to begin the campaign and to obtain bids for the proposed work. The funds would be used to completely refurbish the kitchen facilities, replace the carpet in our social hall with wood planking, upgrade the current security system, upgrade the lighting in the main sanctuary and other minor reburbishments and upgrades necessitated by wear & tear over the years.
  A formal letter will be mailed out within the next several weeks to all our members and friends with the anticipation that everyone will contribute generously. The recommended amount is $1000 per family.
  It is hoped that our goal will be met and will culminate with a celebratory event- our annual dinner.
